Shipping & Returns
All of our products are hand made with each Crystal indiviually placed, this is very time consuming as we take alot of due care and attention into all of our work so please allow approximately 10-14 working days for completion and it is then posted via courier on a 3-5 working day delivery service.
From FRIDAY the 11th SEPTEMBER 2015 OUR TURN AROUND TIMES CHANGE DUE TO US TAKING A MUCH NEEDED HOLIDAY. SO PLEASE TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION BEFORE ORDERING Our usual turnaround will go back to 10-14 days on our return and any order placed whilst we are away will be processed after the 23rd of September 2015.
If you require your item before the time scale stated above for a particular reason (Birthday) Please contact us before placing an order and we will do our best to see if we can do it for the date required.
PLEASE NOTE: WORKING DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR BANK HOLIDAYS
Once you have placed your order with us you will receive an automated confirmation email (within 2 days) asking you to confirm your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please can you check your junk folder before getting in contact with us, as sometimes this can occur.
Please add us to your address/contact list to ensure you receive all future emails.
Please take the time to reply to you confirmation email to confirm your order is correct because once items have been processed, we cannot make any changes.
Shipping costs are priced for UK only - if your ordering from outside of the UK, then please contact us prior to placing an order to get a postage quote.
Most of our products are shipped using a trusting courier service to the address the customer supplies on the shipping details of the order form.
We do sometimes use Royal Mail's Delivery service. Mainly for accessories and other small items.
You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.
Once orders are completed & ready for dispatch, delivery is usually within 3 to 5 working days using our courier service. We can also give you your tracking number on request. Please dont hesitate to contact us If you have any worry about your order after you have recieved your despatched email,
If you may require delivery to another address. Please can you contact us before placing an order just so we can confirm this for you.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Once your item has been processed Returns / exchanges cannot be offered if you simply change your mind. So please make sure you order correctly and carefully the right design / colour for you.
As of our products are made to order, meaning that returns are not accepted. In the unlikely event, the product is damaged; we will offer you a free repair service or an exchange if the item cannot be repaired for any reason.
All items should be inspected by the customer immediately on receipt, and any defects reported within 1 day of purchase being received. Claims outside of this period will not be validated.
All items are shipped securely and safely.
Our phone cases & accessories are packaged in a padded jiffy bag envelope to protect your item whilst in the postage system.
Shoes will be sent in their original boxes and then into a plastic mailing bag.
Due to our items being hand customised, we are unable to offer returns on goods unless proven faulty. Please contact us before returning any goods.
Goods will not be deemed faulty where they become damaged through improper use or general wear and tear.
